Our focus is on helping each student reach their full potential as martial artists while developing good character and promoting good health. This is accomplished by putting quality of instructors, facilities and martial arts before everything else.
· Our Lil Dragons program is a great way for the 3-6 year old children to exercise while developing confidence and good discipline.
· We have Taekwondo classes every day. While some provide families with a supportive environment to train together, our sport Taekwondo classes develop future Olympic hopefuls.
· If you are looking to take up a martial art for self defense reasons, Ju Jitsu is for you. This traditional martial art from Japan utilises technique and leverage to defeat much larger opponents.
· Thai Boxing focuses on stand up striking utilising elbows and knees as well as kicks and punches. If you are looking for powerful strikes and killer fitness, this is the martial art for you.
